This was my first time to Pickathon and it has now started a tradition! You boys were awesome and definately rocked the main stage and the Galaxy Barn on Saturday Night! I went with my sophomore college daughter, just the mom and me camping trip and it was fabulous. You guys needed to have “all” your mech out (plus you all left too soon, that can be forgiven since you were headed out to share your tunes with others across the states), lots of poepole were looking for you on Sunday to take your cd’s home! Hope you all come back next year for Pickathon 2009! I have a few good pictures I can send you from the main stage for your website if you would like. till next time...........

I was introduced to the Hackensaw Boys by a venue owner in Bend, OR and have told countless people about your amazingness since then. Not sure if I can get away to Portland for Pickathon, but making a trip down to Bend could be a great detour for you guys. I know The Gourds are making a stop in Bend-and I love them too-but I am really hoping to see you guys live.
