The Hackensaw Boys : Shows

Even one short, you guys really are amazing. The wife and I have seen you guys four times in the last year and a half, and each time, it gets better. We brought a friend with us this time, who is wholeheartedly converted, and we’ll follow you guys anywhere.

Keep it up, you bring alot of joy wherever you go. That’s the bottom line.

The greatest, most epic night ever!  My son, Dan and I drove from south jersey to harrisburg for the show.  We had the best night ever!  We danced, loved, partied and enjoyed the whole ride!  Much love to the Hackensaw Boys and their wonderful feel f’en good music.  You all are truly an inspiration to me and I loved hanging out and partying with y’all!  Peace ~ Rita May

I am SOOOO damn excited about the show in Harrisburg tonight - this will mark my 10th time seeing ya’ll play over the past 8 or 9 years from Charlottesville to CBGBs in NYC to Purple Fiddle this past summer..the Hackensaw Boys are my favorite band ever and I have not went a day without listening to the hackensaws in years....me and my momma are drivin about 2 hours to come to show soooo for the love of appalachia please play “these buildings are the cages” and “keep it simple” - thanks. dan the man.

Hey! Met you at the Purple Fiddle Fest this summer and gave you some discs.....  Now we’re playing together in Harrisburg.  Not to mention I just spoke with my Cousin Colin Helb, and he told me he was good friends with a few of you when he lived in Morgantown.  Wow, small world.  Looking forward to hangin out again.
